1. Place Your Order

Select the product you wish to purchase and submit your order. Creating an account is not mandatory, but it is recommended if you plan to leave a review after receiving the item. For your security and privacy, the transaction records, including the purchased items and shipping address, will be deleted from your account after the transaction is finalized. This deletion will not affect any transaction disputes arising from the product (such as errors caused by our side that may result in you needing a refund or return).

2. Receive USDT-TRC20 Payment Invoice

You will receive an email containing your order number and the USDT-TRC20 payment invoice within 12 hours. Please check your inbox promptly and follow the instructions to complete the payment. (We will verify whether the order is fraudulent and confirm the availability of the product from the supplier.)

3. Payment Verification & Shipping

Once your cryptocurrency invoice is fully paid, our team will manually verify the transaction. Due to international time zone differences and manual processing, the verification process will take up to 24 hours.

Upon successful verification, we will prepare and arrange for shipment via USPS. The shipment will be completed within 3 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 2–9 working days. If there is a tracking number provided by the logistics provider, we will send it to the email address you provided during registration, so that you can track your package in real time.
